Video: Autumn Colours at Frank Lake
Video Description:
When I left home for New Zealand, it was Autumn and the leaves of the trees had once again turned their vibrant yellow and orange colours. One of the best places around my home of the Crowsnest Pass to see the colours is at a place called Frank Lake, which is right at the bottom of the Frank Slide, or Turtle Mountain.
I went down to the lake and river one morning to take some pictures and I ended up spending most of the time flying my quadcopter around…because that’s way more fun of course.
A few days after taking these shots, I flew down to New Zealand and it was strange to go from Fall to Spring. Rather than everything turning yellow and orange and the weather getting colder, everything was beginning to turn vibrant green and warm up. With everything that was going on, this footage sat on my harddrive, until now, when I’ve finally had a second to throw it together into a video.
