DESCRIPTION
I posted a Photo of the Week previously called “Bad Moon Rising Over Mount Parrish.” This photo was taken that same night and from roughly the same spot, just in a different direction. Check out that earlier photo if you haven’t for a story of how we were nearly blown off of the mountain by the wind.
Even though I can clearly remember how strong the wind was that night and how diffilcult it made everything, I also remember a sense of peace from sitting on top of a mountain with friends watching the sun go down. So, even though our plans for the night didn’t quite work out as expected, hanging out in the mountains with friends is one of the best things in the world, and this night was no different.
