DESCRIPTION
Now before you get too misled by the title of this photo, I’ll just clarify that I wasn’t actually lost in the forest. But it kind of looks like it doesn’t it? In fact, my camera was pretty much set up on the foot path, but I was hoping to give the impression of being in the middle of a vast forest.
This was taken in Scotland on the Isle of Arran where we stayed for a few days. It’s only a few minutes walk from the parking lot of King’s Cave, which was also quite cool, but not as cool as this section of forest that you walk through to get there.
While we were on the Isle of Arran, it rained pretty much the entire time. I guess that’s part of the deal when you take a trip to Scotland. But after a busy two weeks we were happy to have a bit of an excuse to slow down and relax. We were also staying at a nice Airbnb near by that was a great spot to dry off and was where we spent several afternoons reading while the rain poured down outside.
