DESCRIPTION
Denali is definitely one of my favourite national parks that I’ve ever been to. There’s something about it that’s completely rugged and untameable. It’s unique because there is only one road in and out of the park that cuts right through the middle. To access any of the other areas you have to hike.
This picture was taken on the first few miles of the road where you can drive your own vehicle. To get further on the road, you have to take one of the many park busses. When I was there, it was the end of August, and I was lucky enough to see all of the fall colours.
